Somedays Cramp Cream

I’m never too sure about the effectiveness of homeopathic remedies because some work better than any synthetic ones and some don’t do anything but smell nice. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this cramp cream is. It really does start working almost instantly and eases cramp pain for almost 3 hours (about 2.5 hours for me). The cream isn’t greasy, spreads easily, and, coincidentally, smells pretty great too! It kind of reminds me of a milder Vick’s vapor rub smell. My cramps are fairly mild so it might not be as effective for those with more intense cramps, but I think it’s worth a try! Good value for the product, and pretty much eliminates the need for painkillers after combining with a heating pad.

I was somewhat skeptical when I added it to my order of period underwear, but it really did relieve muscle tension on my lower back when I had my last cycle. It was effective for a few hours at a time. Smell was pleasant and not too strong (I generally don't enjoy scented products).

This cream goes everywhere!! I suffer from chronic-pain so I use it on other issues, besides my period cramps. It works wonders on my cramps and is so soothing on other areas that also ache.

My daughter suffers from debilitating cramps on the first day of her period, and NSAIDS are not enough. I heard about Somedays on Instagram, and decided to order the Cramp Cream for my daughter, to see if it could help. She's still getting used to applying enough, and doing so before the cramps hit full-force, but so far it's helping her a lot. I suffer from chronic abdominal pain and I love this product (so much that I have one jar by my bed, one jar at work and one large pump to refill my small jars with). I really like the scent and that it’s not too potent like some other topical treatments. I do find I need to re-apply for continued relief but it’s so worth it.
