Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Our undies are designed to be worn on their own, but they make great backup protection for a tampon or menstrual cup too.

How do you wash Aisle BASE period underwear?

Rinse the gusset in cool water before washing in the machine with your regular laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of your undies! Just make sure they’re fully dry before storing or reusing.

Are BASE underwear compatible with Aisle Boosters?

We kept it super simple and streamlined with BASE undies, so you can just put 'em on and go. There are no pockets in the gusset of BASE undies so there's no need to use Aisle Boosters.

Great bikini

I normally am not a huge fan of the bikini fit, but I grabbed these on sale and they work for me! I did size up (S, I would normally be XS) to get the right fit. I like the lighter / sportier style of the BASE line!

Work for bladder leaks.

Glad I tried it

I love that the waterproof part goes all the way up the back (helps me feel safer sleeping or laying down in them), but the waist isn't very stretchy and makes it a little inconvenient to put on. Once its on it fits great though! Probably won't buy again because I can find something easier to put on, but not mad I have it
