How do your period undies work?

Our specially engineered lining combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining that absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid. Use the removable booster for an additional 4 tampons of absorbency.

Do Aisle period underwear contain PFAS?

No detectable levels of PFAS have been found in our underwear, based on a detectable limit of one part per million.

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.

What does the booster do?

Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 4 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.

How do I wash my Aisle undies?

Our undies were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse the gusset in cool water before washing in the machine with your regular laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of your undies!

Nice Quality Materials But Poor Design for a Plus Size Body

The materials for these are really great and I like how the underwear fit my body overall however the removable "pad" is too short and constantly comes out of the underwear. Every time I pull these underwear down, the pad stays on my body which has lead to several near accidents of the pad falling into the toilet. I think the pad needs to be longer for plus size bodies so that it's more secure or snap in in some way bc this is simply not functional.

Already falling apart

I had such high hopes. I purchased these a couple of months ago, and they are already falling apart. The elastic is coming away from the back of the underwear. I have only worn them three times. For as expensive as they were, I would have hoped they would be better quality.

The Best Period Underwear I Have Tried

I will definitely give it that Aisle is the best period underwear that I and my daughter have tried. We have tried a lot, at least seven or more brands. These are soft, stretchy and the best part is they can be washed and dried like normal. That is a huge plus. They are true to size. I am between a 3x and 4x....same in these.

My favorite is the boost brief. I found the overnight boxer do not fit my body well and that did cause an issue for me. I want an overnight panty but they only have the boxer. I really want a booster brief with higher protection in the back and even front for back and front sleepers. They are great for daytime but not nighttime. Most period panties I tried had the protection go much higher in the front and back, so that is a disappointment. The other thing I hope they change is the width of the gusset. Specifically for the plus side. The gusset is not wide enough for larger women. I have had it move over too much and not have enough coverage, causing a leak in a restaurant where I am still mortified and not sure I can ever go back. Along with it moving again in my car and now I have a big stain.

Ad long as I am careful that it doesn't move, then they are fine. But now with this two mishaps, it is making me more nervous to go with just the period panty without a pad as a backup and that feels like it defeats the purpose for me. I would expect others to have the same issue. So I am hoping they change the width of the gusset.

Love, but the BOOST falls out

I love the fit of these, and I’m so happy to have period underwear I don’t have to worry about containing any chemicals or anything. However, the BOOST pad I think could use some upgrading. From what I can gather, I’m supposed to just tuck the edges into the slits, which is fine walking around but as soon as you have to pee, the pad can flop out.
